You and your friends are invited to
participate in the 16th Annual Spring
Beer & Wine Fest celebrating the diversity of hand crafted
micro beers on April 2&3, 2010. In addition to having a good time,
volunteers will receive free admission for two days, a festival mug with
eight tokens, plus a special artist's series t-shirt.
There will be a pizza and
beer party for those volunteers working the last shift each evening.
When completed the Registration Form below, hit the submit button at the
bottom of the form.
You will receive a confirmation of
what you have submitted on screen via email (you might have to wait for a
couple of minutes), then hit the print button for a copy of this form.
Confirmation cards will not be mailed—please bring your email confirmation
when you check in. You must be 21 years of age or over to serve alcohol.
