You and your friends are invited to
participate in the 14th annual Spring
Beer & Wine Fest celebrating the diversity of hand crafted
micro beers on March 21 & 22, 2008. In addition to having a good time,
volunteers will receive free admission for two days, a festival mug with
eight tokens, plus a special artist's series t-shirt.
When the information blanks are filled in, hit the submit button at the
bottom of the form. Confirmation cards will be mailed out approximately the
1st week of March. You must be 21 years of age or over to serve alcohol. You
will also receive a confirmation of what you have submitted on screen (you
might have to wait for a couple of minutes), then hit the print button for a
copy of this.
