Goddess" Morrison finds the perfect festival beer for some of the event's
most unique snacks so you can enjoy the fest to its fullest. Afterwards,
Lisa will be selling and signing copies of her latest book, "Craft Beers of
the Pacific Northwest."
6 p.m. – Mark Bitterman, Artisan Salt
Artisan salt expert Mark Bitterman will lead an exploration of the
basic types of artisan salt, discussing their individual characters and
suggest ways for home cooks and professionals alike to make salting a
sure-fire way to bring new found pleasures to your table

The fine taste of chocolates paired with the perfect wine.
4 p.m. – Elias Cairo, Olympic Provisions
Cairo, with years of training in Europe in some of the most famous
kitchens, takes a unique approach to salami making, because of his
training as first a chef and then a salmumist. He understands layering
of flavors and utiliizes an old world production with the freshest local
pork, spices, and ingredients in his salamis.
