Get schooled at the Chefs' Stage, where local celebrity chefs get cookin' with the spirits of the festival.

Learn how to create delectable dishes with just a few simple ingredients -- using wine, beer or spirits to really make it special.

All the demonstrations are free and include samples from the chefs. Better yet, you can sip a nice beverage and learn from the pros at the same time.

Friday, April 22

1 p.m. – Mussels in Beer

The house specialty at North 45 is mussels and pommes frites. Chef Chris Hunter will be preparing Classic garlic, white wine butter; Provencal & Coconut Lemongrass

3 p.m. – Brewing Up Cocktails
The Art of Beer Cocktails with Ezra Johnson-Greenough from Upright Brewing & The New School and Jacob Grier, Mixologists

5 p.m. – Ella's BB'q Secrets
Letting you in on BB`q secrets, "Best Brisket cook in the NW" will be cookin up a fundraiser for Ella's to represent BB'q of the NW at the Masters Tournament in May!

Gary "Seafood Steward" Puetz & Lisa Morrison

Clear the way, Chardonnay! Gary "Seafood Steward" Puetz & Lisa "Beer Goddess" Morrison explore the joys of pairing craft beer and seafood -- and you get to sample their discoveries. Both Gary & Lisa will be available to sign their books, "Cooking with the Seafood Steward" and :Craft Beers of the Pacific Northwest," after their presentation.
